  I am a professional trained in childbirth who provides emotional, physical, and educational support to you  during late pregnancy and labor. My purpose is to help you have a safe, memorable, and empowering birth experience. I will be there throughout your entire birth from early labor in your own home, to transferring with you to your chosen birth place.

  I have many pain reduction techniques and ways to help offer you hands-on (and other) support as you labor.

 

 Studies have shown that having a doula can decrease the amount of unwanted medical interference and cesarean sections and overall increase the chances of a positive birth experience. In our prenatal visits, we will discuss your ideal birth plan, and I will do my best to support you achieving as many aspects as possible.
